SERI MECHAN secured its IATA affiliation which allows its connectivity and to issue tickets on behalf of all recognizable airline operators. SERI MECHAN's paid-up capital is MYR 1.00 Million fully paid and subscribed by Bumiputra individuals. It occupies 2 shopping lots on the upper ground floor of Complex Wilayah in Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur which is excellently accessible to prospective clients. Facilities offered are reminiscent of any travel agency with ticket stocks, CRS systems, computers, furniture, and others that benefit the facility requirements of a travel agency. A refurbishment and extension of office space is deemed necessary to accommodate anticipated increased numbers of staff and to create an ambiance atmosphere for customers.
